Shipping

Every graphic is printed after you order it, so there is no stock sitting in a warehouse waiting for the right size. Orders are printed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays.

A dispatch email with tracking goes out as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have not heard from us after five business days, something has gone wrong on our side: email us the order number and we will either chase it or ship a replacement, whichever is faster.

Shipping is free on orders over $50. Below $50 it is a flat rate, and the exact figure is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay. We do not estimate a price here that differs from the one you are charged.

Within the United States, allow 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking sometimes takes a scan to appear; a parcel that has not moved for two days is usually still moving.

We ship internationally. Allow 7–21 business days after dispatch depending on the destination. Import duties and taxes are not included and are collected by the carrier on delivery; we cannot quote them for you because they depend on your country.

Email us as soon as you can. An address can be changed right up until the design file goes to the print partner, which is usually within a few hours of ordering. After that the parcel is made for the address WooCommerce has, and a reprint is the only way to redirect it.

Check the address before you pay rather than after. A wrong apartment number is the most common reason a parcel comes back.
